Orestes & Co is an independent research and advisory practice dedicated to the study of complex systems their architecture, their failure modes, and their interaction with human organisations and institutions.
We operate at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, security architecture, and organizational design. Our work is grounded in the conviction that the most consequential problems of this decade are not technical problems in isolation they are systemic problems that require structural thinking, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and rigorous independent analysis.
